News

Dear Trend-IT & Perennity partner,

With this announcement we want to inform you of an important change, which will have a limited impact on your business with us.

Very recently Perennity has been taken over by 4 people who have been working with the company for a long time already (directly or as sub-contractor). Both Guy Derijcke and Marco Dejaegher, who you’ve been dealing with for many years, are part of the new team.

This acquisition will offer Laurent Janssens the opportunity to focus completely on the management of Trend-IT, which will offer a renewed and broader range of products and services (see https://www.trend-it.be). Nancy Debucquoy will be your primary contact for sales at Trend-IT.

What does this mean for you?

You will continue to work with Trend-IT as your sales partner and main point of contact, as Trend-IT is the official distributor for Perennity products in the Benelux region.

For you this acquisition has therefore mainly an impact on support. Although you continue to deal primarily with Trend-IT as your sales and support partner, you may also contact Perennity support directly for Perennity related issues.

  • Trend-IT must always be contacted for hardware related issues (including Rimage/Epson software issues), and may be contacted for first level support on Perennity software.

                 Email: support@trend-it.be
Phone support: 0032-(0)3-202.74.63
Phone general: 0032-(0)3-202.74.60

  • Perennity may be contacted directly for software related issues (Perennity software).

                 Email: support@perennity.io
Phone: 0032-(0)2-891.80.38

Both companies will of course still work closely together, so in case you doubt where a problem originates, you may send a support request to both (support@trend-it.be and support@perennity.io).

Please note that Perennity has moved its office:

New address: Imperiastraat 6, 1930 Zaventem, Belgium

New phone number: 0032-(0)2-891.80.38

Our @perennitysoft.com addresses will continue to exist for a while, but we encourage you to use the new @perennity.io addresses from now on.

May we please ask you to update these coordinates in your database and to inform all concerned people within your company?

We hope to have informed you sufficiently through this letter, and we will try to update you on all significant occasions (e.g. new releases, changes to documentation, pricing,…). If you have additional questions yourself, please don’t hesitate to contact one of us to discuss them.

Best regards,
